Villa Victoria Sound System is the fusion of cumbia with different genres of electronic, and eclectic sound from start to finish. The project of the Bolivian musician AndreK Ortiz comes together at the end of 2012, releasing tracks as Quo Vadis, Opus 440, and Partis Silvestre that where critically acclaimed by several important blogs such as Generation Bass, and Tropical Bass. In 2013 the producer Ale Cassis joins the team to create a side project called Tropical Paceña which was released by Generation Bass Net Label. Villa Victoria Sound System launches its first EP; "Primer Tiempo", of the year under El Flying Monkey Records. This EP is a cumbia, bass, moombahton and zouk hybrid. Each track has different changes untypical of electronic music but each change is accessible for mainstream ears
